As this kit comes with a 1.8Ω (Ohms) coil it is great for vapers coming from using cigarettes, typically looking to use the same inhalation technique called mouth to lung (MTL) in vaping terminology.

Aspire K3 - Customer Questions & Answers
What coil does the Aspire K3 tank use? - The K3 Tank uses the Aspire Nautilus Coils. Please only use the higher resistance coil - above 1Ω (Ohm).
Can I use the Aspire Nautilus coils 0.7Ω (Ohm) coil in the K3 tank? - We do not recommend using the lower resistance 0.7Ω (Ohm) coil in this tank. Lower resistance coils - sub-ohm - put too much strain on the K3 battery.
What e-liquid can I use in the K3 tank? - 50/50 PG/VG ratio liquids work best; higher ratios of VG can work (up to 70/30 VG/PG) although flavour will be less with a higher potential for wicking issues the higher in VG ratio the liquid is. Nic Salt e-liquid can also be used as this tends to be 50/50 PG/VG using nicotine salt.
Does this kit come with e-liquid? - This kit does not include e-liquid; this must be bought separately.
Can I use the K3 tank on other e-cigarettes? - Yes, the K3 has what is called a 510 connection or thread, this means it can be used with most batteries, mods and devices on the market as the 510 connection is the prevalent open-source connection. The diameter of the tank is 18mm so bear this in mind.
Can I buy more K3 tanks? - Yes, replacement Aspire K3 tanks are available so if you happen to lose or break the tank, you do not need to replace the whole device.
Can the K3 battery be used with other tanks? - Yes. Similar to the tank, the K3 battery also uses the 510 connection, so any e-cigarette with a 510 fitting can take this take. We do however recommend you match the diameter of the tank being used or at least not go bigger than an 18mm diameter tank; larger than 18mm will overhang the battery.
Can I buy just the K3 battery on its own? - Yes, spare Aspire K3 batteries are available and we recommend having at least one spare battery to use so you can charge one battery whilst using the other.
How long does the K3 battery take to charge? - Usually around 4 to 5 hours from low.
How do I charge the K3 Battery? - This device must only be charged using the supplied USB charging cable and plugged into a 5v 1A USB. Most common USBs can be found on computers and laptops or you can use the official Aspire UK Wall Plug. Other brand USB adapters or mobile phone/ tablet adapters must NOT be used as they might damage the battery.
How does the 5 click on/off function work? - If the device is on, pressing the activate button 5 times quickly will put the device in power off mode, this stops accidental activation when not in use. To turn the device back on you simply repeat the process. You will need to power on new devices usually, using the 5 click method. This is common in vaping devices, some manufacturers use 3 click on/off but Aspire use 5 click.
How do I fill the tank? - to refill the tank, simply unscrew the base and then fill the glass tank with your e-liquid.
